Landscape Crew Leader

Engledow Group is seeking an experienced Landscape Crew Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of commercial landscape experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

Lead a crew of 3-5 team members in daily landscape maintenance operations. Operate and maintain landscape equipment. Communicate with clients and project managers. Ensure quality standards are met on all properties.

Requirements:

3+ years landscape experience, CDL preferred. Pesticide applicator license a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
